Default Will I get banned?

for trading Zkeys from one account to another?

i heard lots of ppl getting a ban from transfering items with nothing in return( DUHHHH) and anets suspects them for buying it online.

so if i trade about 30 zkeys from 1 account to another

will i get banned for that because anet will think i bought it online?

or should i trade them 1 by 1 (ridiculous)

You will be fine.
If you're worried, put up some dinky white item to trade with your zkeys

I trade zkeys from one account to the other every month, and no ban so far. I don't believe there have been any unfair bannings recently reported on guru either. My husbands account was one of those unfairly banned when Anet went crazy with the banhammer, but it was very quickly cleared up within a few hours.

I honestly don't think anyone actually gets unjustly banned for transferring z-keys from one account to the other...they're probably buying gold online and trying to fake innocence..

Yeah, I've done this a couple times now and not been banned, although the most I've traded was I think 33 zkeys. If you're not sure just put some junk white or something in the window so it doesn't show up as a one sided trade.

Yes, trading a crappy white item worth 18g to someone for a couple hundred platinum worth of z-keys looks innocent. In fact, that is why companies that sell GW gold ask you to trade crappy whites in exchange for the gold. You pay real world money and a crappy white to get GW gold, and nobody gets banned because Anet is too stupid to realize what happened.

It may show up funny, but Anet doesn't ban without looking into it. If they do ban you, it won't take much to show them you own both accounts and have the ban reversed.

For the peeps who don't get it, the first part was sarcasm. The entire post is full of win.

There are real people pushing the ban-button, and an account isn't banned permanently very easily.

I've given my daughter's account all sorts of big ticket items including an everlasting beetle. No problems.
